As baby boomers age into retirement and increase demand for home care services, quality care becomes harder for families to find and afford. Now more than ever, families are compelled to provide increasingly complex care in the home as a safer, more affordable option for long-term care.

At Aidaly, we're on a mission to reimagine in-home care for our most vulnerable populations. We are looking to add team members to our DCW worker pool for all locations in MI!

Direct Care Workers (DCW) provide assistance and support to clients who need help with daily tasks.

Common job duties of a Direct Care Worker may include

• Personal care: assisting with bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing, personal hygiene

• Companionship services: grocery shopping, doctor's appointments

• Light housework: dishes, laundry, vacuuming

Qualifications

• CPR Certification (Within last 2 years)
• 2Step TB (Within last year)
• Aidaly will conduct a Criminal Background Check
